Celebrating Business Excellence in the Bow Valley

Nominate an outstanding business today

The Bow Valley Chamber of Commerce opened nominations today for the 2017 Business Excellence Awards.

“The Bow Valley region is fortunate to have so many great businesses and innovative entrepreneurs,” explains Bow Valley Chamber of Commerce President, Brian McClure. “Its critical that we stop to recognize the best that the business community has to offer and to celebrate the entrepreneurs and risk takers who make a mark in our communities.”

Winners will be announced at the awards luncheon on October 18 at Silvertip Resort as part of the Chamber’s Small Business Week celebrations. The Awards luncheon gives business people an opportunity to network and to learn about what regional colleagues are doing to stand out and make a difference.

“We know that many businesses are going above and beyond in the ways that they positively impact the region,” says McClure.  “We are asking the community to nominate businesses that deserve recognition as service leaders, innovators and difference makers.”

Awards will be given to top businesses in the categories of Community Impact, Customer Service, Innovation, New Business of the Year and Bow Valley Business of the Year. Nominations will be open from August 9th to September 15th and submissions will be reviewed by a committee that will choose finalists and winners by September 30th. Businesses from the communities of Lake Louise, Banff, Canmore, Kananaskis, Morley and Exshaw are eligible to be nominated.
