A NEW KIND OF SPACE FOR WOMEN IN BUSINESS
The Summit Table is a curated, invitation-by-application program designed for established women in business in the Bow Valley.
It offers something increasingly rare: a grounded, private, non-competitive room where women can step out of the noise, connect with one another, and receive support that strengthens both their business and their life.
This is not networking.
This is not promotion.
This is connection, clarity, mentorship, and growth — peer to peer.
WHY THE SUMMIT TABLE EXISTS
Women in business carry a unique load — clients, teams, financial decisions, family, relationships, and the constant pressure to “do it all well.”
The Summit Table was created to give women a structured, steady, and confidential place to:
- speak honestly/listen to each other/hold space
- get perspective
- feel supported
- gain clarity
- learn from one another
- stay accountable to what matters
Leadership but grounded in humanity.
Business, but supported by life.
Mentorship, but built through peers.
WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT?
Unlike typical business groups, the Summit Table is designed with intentionality at every step:
IS THE SUMMIT TABLE FOR YOU?
The Summit Table is designed for women who are already established in their business or leadership path. This is not defined by years, but by momentum, ambition, and readiness to grow.
This space is for you if:
- You have an active business, offer, or service — whether you’ve been running it for a few years or just hit your stride.
- You’re past the “start-up” or “What am I creating?” phase, and ready for refinement, expansion, and impact.
- You know who you serve and what you do — and now you want to elevate both your business and your life.
- You’re craving authentic, raw conversations with women who understand the realities of growth.
- You’re ready to listen, share, and gain perspective from peers navigating similar challenges.
- You’re seeking next-level support from other women in the Bow Valley community.
- You are an active member of the Bow Valley Chamber of Commerce (or willing to become one prior to joining).
If you’re ready for honest conversations, meaningful connection, and a supportive peer to peer led group to help you grow in both business and life, the Summit Table is for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is the Summit Table designed for?
The Summit Table is designed for women who are already established in their business or leadership path. This is not defined by years, but by momentum, ambition, and readiness to grow.
How big is the group?
7–10 participants, allowing for depth without overwhelm.
Why is participation by application only?
To ensure alignment, confidentiality, and a space free from competition and sales.
Curation matters for the integrity of the group.
How is the final group selected? When will I know if I've been selected?
A selection committee will review all applications and choose individuals who are a fit for the program. From this list, the committee will then curate the group to ensure no competing industries are present.
All applicants will be informed by early February on the status of their application.
Is this a networking group?
No.
There is no promotion, selling, or pitching.
This is a space for honest conversation and reflective coaching.
What happens during the monthly gatherings?
These are in person sessions, with each meeting being 3 hours in length. Gatherings will follow a structured format, including a grounded check-in, momentum updates, open coaching, a monthly presentation by member, and a reflective close.
What are the dates for the monthly sessions?
We are currently finalizing these dates with our venue and will post them as soon as they are available. There is space in the application form to include any potential date conflicts. We encourage you to apply if interested and indicate these conflicts in your application.
What is peer-led mentorship?
A mentorship model where wisdom comes from the women in the room — their lived experience, insight, and reflective questioning — rather than from a single expert.
Is there a facilitator?
Yes.
Facilitation rotates among members, with an experienced mentor present during the first three meetings to support the group’s flow and confidence.
What is included in the onboarding session?
Training in structure, coaching, facilitation, confidentiality, and group agreements — plus early relationship-building and clarity around how the year will unfold.
What if I can’t make a session?
Participants may miss one session.
Missing two prompts a check-in to ensure continued alignment and commitment. To receive the full experience and benefit, we ask that participants join us in person. Virtual attendance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Is the program confidential?
Yes.
Confidentiality is a core requirement of the Summit Table.
Does the program include food or refreshments?
