Love for our Local Businesses! In 2021, people were invited to write a love letter to their favourite local businesses.
Local businesses are the heartbeat of the Bow Valley. They help keep our communities unique. They include local shops and products, as well as services like yoga classes, hairdressers, wellbeing practitioners, consultants, and construction services. When you ‘Buy it in the Bow’ you’re not just buying a product or service, you’re investing in the Bow Valley you love. A local business is owned and operated by people based in the Bow Valley, with local decision-making power and a strong commitment to hiring locally, buying locally, and reinvesting in the community.
