Hosting a BVCC networking event is a great way to showcase your business, connect with other Bow Valley businesses, and engage with the community.
As a host, you’ll be featured in all event promotions, have the opportunity to speak at the event, and receive support from BVCC with materials and ticket management.
Whether you’re hosting solo, offering your venue, or co-hosting with another business, this is a chance to gain visibility, generate leads, and create meaningful connections.
Bevvies & Business
Bevvies & Businesses are in-person networking events that are held on the 3rd week of January, March, April, and October. Whether its wine tasting, golf simulators, experiencing Arts & Culture or taking in the views from the bottom to the top of the mountain, Bevvies & Businesses are a favourite for new and existing Members alike.
Enjoy a variety of delicious food and drinks while meeting and connecting with the Bow Valley business community.
Hosting a Bevvies & Business requires hosts to:
- Host the event on a Tues/Wed/Thurs during the 3rd week of the month
- Supply 2 complimentary beverages per attendee (Additional drinks can be purchased by the attendees or provided free of charge from the host. Please ensure various drink options are available wine, beer, soft drinks, etc.)
- Supply appetizer style foods for guests (minimum 5 pieces per attendee)
- Provide a venue that fits a minimum of 25 guests and is conducive to networking
- Assist with event promotion (all materials are provided and ticket sales are handled by BVCC staff)
All hosts must be members of BVCC in good standing.
Coffee Connector
But first, coffee!
Coffee Connectors are a morning networking event that occurs on the 2nd week of February, March, June, and November. These are intimate events, with a group of up to 14 guests. This is a great chance to highlight your business or collaborate with a coffee shop.
Start your work day off right by connecting with like minded business members.
Hosting a Coffee Connector requires hosts to:
- Host the event on a Tues/Wed/Thurs during the 2nd week of the month
- Supply 1 complimentary coffee or tea per attendee (additional beverages can be purchased by attendees or provided free of charge by the host at the hosts discretion)
- Supply a small snack for each attendee
- Provide a venue that fits a minimum of 8 guests that is conducive to networking
- Assist with event promotion (all materials are provided and ticket sales are handled by BVCC staff)
All hosts must be members of BVCC in good standing.
We Welcome Collaborations!
If you have a venue you'd like to offer for these events (as a co-host, or just the space with no hosting duties), or are a business with no venue that would like to host, we encourage you to complete the event hosting forms.
We can connect you with venues and potential hosts/co-hosts and venues within our network so you can achieve your business goals!

Each host will be featured in Bow Valley Chamber dedicated marketing, social media as well as on our website.

Registration & Cancellation Policy
Please note that The Chamber does not sell event tickets at the door. Pre-registration is required. Our online registration system accepts credit cards. The Chamber reserves the right to take photos and/or video for promotional purposes at every event.
Payment is non-refundable for cancellations for Bevvies & Business. You can transfer to another guest please be sure to notify us at BVCC askus@bowvalleychamber.com
