Ange Helie is the founder of AfterGlow Lifestyle Coaching, an anti-diet, weight-inclusive company redefining women’s wellness through Women in Strength™ training, food neutrality education, and personalized coaching. A certified trainer, entrepreneur, wife, and mama, she’s known for balancing the barbell with business growth as she helps women feel safe building strong bodies + minds in the gym and in life. AfterGlow’s mission is to help 1 million women Lift. Fuel. Glow. by 2030.
Laura Blodel
A fourth-generation entrepreneur, Laura Bodell will tell you that all the dirt from the hard-working hands of her farming and ranching ancestors is the grit that runs through her veins. She is driven by a core desire to help others succeed as they pursue their dreams, which manifested first as a boutique advertising agency, and currently as a retail sales platform for artisans and small businesses called Alberta's Own Marketplace.
Maude Marsan
Maude Marsan is the founder of Drop Caramel Co., an artisanal caramel brand born in the Canadian Rockies. A multi-passionate entrepreneur, mother, and ACMG-certified climbing gym instructor, she builds businesses the same way she lives—boldly, intentionally, and with grit. Bridging performance, creativity, and inner resilience, Maude explores what becomes possible when women stop compartmentalizing and start leading from their whole selves.
Pamela (PJ) Alexander
PJ's work gathers 25 years’ experience in entrepreneurship, writing, teaching, performing & recording arts, healing arts, marketing, and communications around the theme of “honourable exchange.” She is the Co-Founder of: School of Kind Business—creative, aligned business planning and ‘embodied communications’ for micro-preneurs; DeepN Recruitment--helping top IT professionals find their best fit jobs; and CCVoice—a project that produces Canmore community gatherings where we connect through group song, spoken word, seasonal ritual, and listening.

Renée Gilead
Renée is a skilled corporate and commercial lawyer with Field Law with broad experience in M&A, corporate structuring, reorganizations, and governance. Alongside her client-facing work, Renée chairs Field Law’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and is an active participant in the Firm’s mentorship program. Outside of work, Renée participates in myriad dog sports with her morkiepoo, Pearl, is a devoted daughter, and keeps an active social calendar with an incredible network of amazing friends.
